Please check the router you are using. If it is an Amazon or Google router dual-band, it may affect our product connection. Our products only support 2.4GHz wireless WiFi temporarily, do not support 5GHz wireless WiFi. Also, the bird feeder needs to be used on a network with good WiFi coverage. *4.Camera connected and power is on but says offline .why?

This is because the wifi signal is weak. It is recommended to check the wifi and use a stronger WiFi to connect the bird camera.(the effective distance of smart bird feeder from the router is 7-10m)
